I have focused my life’s work on caring for others by teaching health education to middle & high school students, training people in CPR, caring for the sick, and counseling families. I began my career as a Registered Nurse with a BS in Health Science; continued to get my MS in Marriage and Family Therapy, studied positive psychology, and I'm a board certified Holistic Integrative Nurse Coach. I've studied Jin Shin Jyutsu since 1998 and with my diverse background, I apply the philosophy of Jin Shin Jyutsu as a practitioner, self-help instructor and practitioner for animal companions. I believe that true wellness is a holistic approach that encompasses the mind, body, and spirit, and I strive to empower my clients to take control of their own health and well-being.
